Where do we come from, hint, it’s not Idaho?
It is impossible to be in harmony without first accepting where you come from. I don't mean daughter of Fred and Joyce Smith from Small Ridge, Idaho, I mean your actual true organic source.
It would look a little something like this: Jo Smith, daughter of planet earth, sister to billions of stars, learning some lessons with Fred and Joyce Smith in Small Ridge, Idaho.
This may seem glib, but it is disconnection from our true source that drives our pain. You are not some insignificant number biding your time, you are a star, literally.
All organic matter containing carbon was produced originally in stars. The carbon, nitrogen and oxygen atoms in our bodies, as well as atoms of all other heavy elements, were created in previous generations of stars over 4.5 billion years ago. It’s basic elementary science, quite literally, you are a STAR, who lives on a star!
We have been taught that it is egotistical to hold ourselves as anything special. We deny our greatness and disconnect from our organic source, thinking material objects or career success will fill the remaining void. It’s like we forego the great ocean, and instead opt for a blow up wading pool. Then we all begin to forget we ever had access to the ocean. The truly successful might add a few pool toys or perhaps a deck, and for a while we may buy into this illusion of success too. But deep down, instinctively, we all still sense the ocean exists.
We remember the ocean because she speaks to us on a frequency we no longer understand. Our soul longs for the vastness and unlimited boundaries, the freedom to just float or be fully submerged. When we start to awaken, we realise the ocean still exists and we no longer accept the illusion created by the small wading pool.
We look past our tiny back yards and realise that they disconnect us from the magic that is in our birthright. We grow restless and long to experience more than the illusions we are presented. This typically manifests itself as depression, anxiety or other health issues, but its root cause is a longing to reconnect with the very stardust in our DNA.

Not only are you born from a star, but you are a mirror image of the universe. This connection is never more evident, than in the uniquely individual galaxies of our eyes. Have you ever looked deeply into your eyes and really seen the fathomless depths?
Just like the universe we mirror, everything within us is in constant motion, nothing is at rest. Though you appear solid, under a microscope you are little more than a mass of vibrating cells. Some scientists estimate these cells number up to 500 million trillion. Every thought, action, or spoken word you have emits a vibrational frequency.
If you could picture all these cells uniquely vibrating, just like our cosmos, you would realise you are basically a tiny walking, talking, autonomous solar system. Therefore, the rules that govern physics, govern you also. We have all heard the saying 'your vibe attracts your tribe', but what exactly does this mean in scientific terms?
It means this spark of energy either lifts or lowers your vibration, just like tuning a radio dial. The more negative your thoughts, words, and actions are, the lower your vibration will become. The lower your vibration drops, the more you will attract other low vibration situations. Just like the moon is drawn to the earth, the earth is drawn to the sun. Just like a giant magnet, you either attract or repel other frequencies around you. People with high vibrations attract a high vibration tribe, simple as that.
The very air you’re breathing is nothing more than an unseen field of energy and within this unseen field exist an infinite number of "frequencies". Everything you are observing and living has been drawn to you by your own vibration. What have you tuned your frequency dial to receive?
